Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Our fulfilment team will then begin processing your order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, and we appreciate your patience during such times.

Dispatch & Delivery

After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery timelines will vary depending on the state in which you reside. Orders to major metro cities are generally delivered faster, while deliveries to remote or semi-urban areas may take additional time. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your order is handled with care throughout the journey. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, neatspaces cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural events, carrier disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active on the carrier’s system after dispatch. We recommend checking back after this window if the tracking link does not show updates immediately.

Delays & Exception

In the rare event that your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, our team will make every effort to investigate and communicate updates to you. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, logistical challenges, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
